Judgments are now available in the imaged index section from September 1, 1987 to June 30, 1994. This includes indexing and imaging data. Additional judgment images in instrument number format have been added from July 1, 1994 to December 31, 1995. This data is available when linking from the indexing data in the full system.
Access to this site is granted to subscribers with a valid Username and Password. If you only need to access the site for a single day, you do not need to fill out and notarize a signed agreement. The signed and notarized agreements are required for users who wish to purchase a subscription of 3 months or longer. The next step is to download, print, and have the completed agreement signed and notarized. Once the signed and notarized agreement is returned to the Stafford County office, you will be able to login and extend you subscription 3, 6, or 12 months.
Stafford County Circuit Court will no longer accept credit card payments for our Secure Remote Online Access. Payments must be made by check, cash or money order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
